If it’s easier for you, you can take the documentation into a Britannia or Co-operative Branch, who will forward the documents on for you (our branch employees can also take copies of your documents and certify them for you).

What happens next?
As long as you’ve provided the relevant documents, nothing else is required. Our Bereavement Team will write to you to confirm the completion of your request.
We aim to complete your instructions within 10 working days.
